Responsibilities:
- Identify and Research Prospective Clients: Conduct market research to identify potential clients in target markets. Use various channels such as online platforms, industry events, and networking to generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales and Business Development: Actively promote our products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits. Lead the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, negotiating terms and agreements as needed.
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to capitalize on market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure alignment of business development activities with organizational goals. Collaborate on marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline development, and performance against targets. Generate regular reports and updates for management, providing insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry developments, market trends, and new technologies related to forex trading. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training, seminars, and self-study to enhance effectiveness and performance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the forex trading industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, forex trading products, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses (e.g., Series 3, Series 34) preferred but not required.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
