What we are looking for:
- Do you have the ability to execute sales strategies, lead complex deals, and effectively convey the business value of IT solutions to CIOs and business leaders?
- Are you skilled at establishing networks within customer organizations to identify key influencers and decision-makers while simultaneously creating new revenue pipelines?
- Have you gained proven experience in selling solutions to executive management?
- Do you possess a track record of successful technology sales experience, particularly in managing mid-enterprise accounts?
- Can you demonstrate your ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically, and communicate your vision effectively, both in written and verbal forms?
- Have you proven your capability to influence cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the timely delivery of customer requirements?
- Are you adept at balancing intense short-term pressures while maintaining a focus on long-term goals?
Responsibilities:
- Develop a client target pipeline utilizing your own customers’ database
- Focusing on profitable revenue generation in products and services
- Building and maintaining executive-level relationships with customers
- Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts
- Creating value for client accounts and driving relevance to customer’s key business objectives
- Achieve and exceed defined targets and contribute to overall profitability, success, and positive image of the Company
- Lead the selling strategy while creating short and long-term plans based on research and a deep understanding of business and technology trends
- Strategically drive the Company’s vision for our customers, as well as maintain an in-depth understanding of competitive conditions, industry practices, market opportunities, and customer requirements
- Utilize and expand your marketing and communications skills
- Manage roadshows and pipeline creation with the counterpart teams in the customer’s org
- Work well with team members and collaborate effectively across the extended account team, where required.
- Collaborate with teams, yet still be able to deliver individual milestone
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred i.e. – Technology and/or Business related
- Experience working as an IT Reseller and MSP with a strong focus on end-user sales
- Experience in selling IT infrastructure and professional services spanning various domains (Network, Security, Storage, etc.)
- Experience with positioning different vendors (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- Excellent skills in content creation, market research & analysis
- Ability to gather customers’ requirements in an effective manner
- Ability to act as an effective bridge between the in-house and end-user technical teams
- Overall 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in the UAE market
