What we are looking for:

• Can you demonstrate a history of developing and implementing successful financial strategies that have driven growth and profitability?
• Can you ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, adhering to all relevant regulations and accounting standards?
• Do you have in managing internal controls and mitigating financial risk?
• Are you comfortable working with external auditors and maintaining strong relationships with them?
• Do you have in working collaboratively with operations to achieve cost-effective project management?
• Do you have experience in treasury and cash management activities, ensuring optimal cash flow and liquidity?
• Do you possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field? (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA certification a plus)
• Can you demonstrate a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a CFO, preferably within the interior design or construction industry?
• Are you proficient in financial software and using advanced MS Excel functionalities?

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage financial risks and internal controls
• Handle treasury and cash management activities
• Work with operations for cost-effective project management
• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Maintain relationships with investors, banks, and auditors

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of CFO experience, preferably in interior design or construction
• Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel
