• Lead and mentor your construction team to achieve project goals.
• Communicate project progress and issues to clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Foster strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• PMP or CCM certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in industry-specific project management software.
• Additional qualifications or skills relevant to your industry such as advanced safety certifications, and knowledge of sustainable building practices.
