Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the finishing phase of construction projects, ensuring that all final touches are executed flawlessly.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure the finishing phase aligns with project goals.
• Develop and manage finishing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality in all finishing work.
• Problem-solving finishing challenges, finding creative and cost-effective solutions.
• Keep clients and stakeholders informed on the progress of finishing work and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience as a Finishing Engineer in the construction industry. 
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. 
• Proficiency in project management software. 
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills. 
• Knowledge of Sustainable Construction Practices, Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM), Building Codes and Regulations expertise, Cost Estimation Skills, Safety Certification (e.g., OSHA) Software Proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit)
