Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel to our organization on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and more.
• Identify and assess legal risks, providing proactive guidance to mitigate potential issues.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts to protect our interests while fostering positive business relationships.
• Ensure our organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes, collaborating with external counsel as needed.
• Stay current on legal developments that may impact our business and provide insights to our team.
• Provide legal training and guidance to our team to enhance legal awareness across the organization.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD).
• A valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction is essential. 
• Proven experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of business law, contract law, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Qualifications such as tax law certifications, environmental law credentials, or industry-specific certifications.
