- Do you have experience assisting in project planning and scheduling activities, including coordinating resources, tasks, and timelines?
- Can you demonstrate your ability to monitor project progress, track key milestones and deliverables, and identify/escalate potential risks and issues?
- Are you comfortable assisting with budget tracking and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution?
- Do you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse project teams across different functions?
- Can you ensure clear and consistent communication by keeping project documentation and records accurate and up-to-date?
- Do you possess experience handling approvals or have connections with relevant government authorities?
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities. Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Identify and escalate project risks and issues.
- Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle Approvals, should have connections with government authorities
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years UAE Experience in fit-out and Interior design industry
- Proven experience in project coordination for fit out and interior design industry
- Has good relation in government agencies like DM,RTA,CD ADM
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting joinery plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
