  • Do you possess experience handling approvals or have connections with relevant government authorities?

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling activities. Coordinate project resources, tasks, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables. Identify and escalate project risks and issues.
  • Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Ensure project documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle Approvals, should have connections with government authorities

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years UAE Experience in fit-out and Interior design industry
  • Proven experience in project coordination for fit out and interior design industry
  • Has good relation in government agencies like DM,RTA,CD ADM
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting joinery plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
