  • Are you comfortable representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions?
  • Can you effectively generate leads and expand brand presence?
  • Do you prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely order processing and delivery?

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the home and personal care or plastic/rubber division.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.  
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.  
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.  
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional activities.  
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.  
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence and generate leads.  
  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and customer support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Male candidate, preferably Indian or Nepali  
  • Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Science (Chemistry), Chemical Engineering or a related field.  
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales of Chemicals, preferably in the UAE market.  
  • Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.  
  • Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications  
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.  
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.  
  • Must be willing to work in Sharjah (Hamriyah Free Zone) and possess a valid UAE driving license.
