- Can you effectively generate leads and expand brand presence?
- Do you prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely order processing and delivery?
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the home and personal care or plastic/rubber division.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and promotional activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand presence and generate leads.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and customer support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Male candidate, preferably Indian or Nepali
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Science (Chemistry), Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales of Chemicals, preferably in the UAE market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and software applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Must be willing to work in Sharjah (Hamriyah Free Zone) and possess a valid UAE driving license.
