Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the interior design industry, leveraging personal networks, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, and propose tailored interior design solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with our design team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and our company.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing valuable insights and recommendations to inform our sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role within the interior design or related industry, with a strong portfolio of achievements and client testimonials.
  • In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, products, and trends, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a relentless focus on achieving results.
  • British citizenship or residency preferred, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to generate accurate sales reports and forecasts.
