Responsibilities:
- Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and security threats.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and anomalies to ensure a swift response.
- Implement and maintain security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures align with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
- Contribute to the development of security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
- Knowledge of security systems and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, or CISSP) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
