Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience as a licensed architect.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Exceptional design and conceptualization skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Sustainable Design Expertise, LEED Certification, Knowledge of Building Codes and Regulations, Client Relationship Management, Interior Design Proficiency, 3D Modeling Skills, Construction Documentation, Budget Management, Urban Planning Knowledge.
