Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ranging from software glitches to hardware malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and diagnose their technical problems.
  • Document support interactions, including issue identification, resolution steps, and follow-up.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Professional certifications.
  • Proficiency in various technical skills relevant to your industry.
  • A passion for helping others and a commitment to client satisfaction.
