What we are looking for:

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ranging from software glitches to hardware malfunctions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand and diagnose their technical problems.
- Document support interactions, including issue identification, resolution steps, and follow-up.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- Contribute to our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified Professional certifications.
- Proficiency in various technical skills relevant to your industry.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to client satisfaction.
