Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day international trade operations with precision and efficiency.
• Expertly preparing documents such as invoices, contracts, BLs, etc., ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank submission requirements.
• Bring your specialized knowledge of the commodities industry, particularly in coal, to the forefront of our trade finance operations.
• Serving as a crucial liaison with banks for the submission of documents and ensuring smooth trade finance transactions.
• Conducting risk assessments related to trade finance activities and implementing strategies to mitigate potential risks.
• Staying updated with international trade regulations and ensuring compliance in all trade finance activities.
• Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within trade finance operations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• 2-7 years of Trade Finance Experience: Demonstrated experience in trade finance, preferably in the commodities sector, specifically coal.
• Proven ability to navigate the intricacies of international trade operations.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• Exceptional attention to detail to maintain the accuracy and compliance of all documentation.
• Strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, even in a lean environment.
